Want fresh salads straight from your garden? Join our workshop to learn how to plant, care for, and harvest fall-friendly greens like spinach, kale, arugula, and more. You'll leave with your own planted greens to start your salad garden!

Please also note that the Edible Campus and Nature Wellbeing Programs are committed to diversity in our programs. In order to assess how well our program engages the many communities at UCSB, we ask for student ID (perm) numbers from attendees who are UCSB students. We use these to access financial aid data and demographics to develop program statistics on the community we serve.
